Ryan has been in the pest control industry since he left school age 16, where he joined forces with his father at County Mole Pest Control, and learnt the trade, under many experienced pest technicians. As his career and skills progressed, he went on to manage CMPC from 2009 to 2014, before buying the business in 2015 and rebranding in 2019. With over 21 years experience in the industry, Ryan has vast knowledge of all aspects of pest control. There is not many pests or scenarios that Ryan has not come across. Outside of work, he spends every minute making the most of being a family man, with his wife and two children.

Steven joined in 2015 with with a small amount of experience from his time in Australia working, his likability came across in abundance and his eagerness and willing to learn the trade is what makes Steven a valued member of the team. Over time Steven has taken formal training and qualifications and progressed significantly in the pest control industry.
